It is nearly done: a project that I have long wanted to complete since 1983. I have photographed each individual page of Solomon Leach’s original ledger book with entries dating back to 1863 when he operated a sawmill in Arbela Twp., Tuscola Co., MI. All that remains is to write an introduction then copy it on CD’s so it can be distributed to all who may be interested. I’m very interested about the opportunity of sharing this fascinating old book with the rest of the world! Dale Leach
